Overdevelopment has stressed the land and brought more natural disasters upon Taiwan. This film weaves Taiwan’s recent floods, landslides and earthquakes into a cautionary tale of the dangers inherent in mankind’s perpetual battle with nature and into a call to strike a sustainable balance with the surroundings on which we all so inextricably rely.<br />
